Our Kitchen
We pride ourselves in the food that we serve to our residents. Our kitchen staff prepare a varied
three course lunch 365 days of the year using fresh produce. As a result in independent surveys
residents have highlighted the food as one of the key benefits of living at Rosepark. We listen to
what residents want and include them in the weekly menu which changes to reflect the seasons and
special occasions. When residents have appointments such as medical or hobbies they can have
their lunch kept so that they can enjoy it on returning home.
Banana, Cream and Banoffi Cake
Cheesed stuffed inners with a layer of smoked salmon served with lettuce and tomatoes.
A layer of banana is soaked in a Banoffee mixture, stacked then by cream, and topped off with a layer of coco and more cream.
Lamb and Venison soaked in a soya sauce dip, served alongside peppers on a base of peeled cucumber.
Apples and Blueberries soaked in a mixture of cinnamon, brandy and sugar, softened, and topped with a layer of crusted oats and syrup glazed biscuit crumbs.
A layer of strawberry soaked sponge, double cream, topped with passion fruit and raspberry sauce,
Hollowed out ripe tomatoes, stuffed with a breadcrumb-pesto-cheese based, topped with cheese and drizzled with a dash of dark soya sauce.
Lamb, themed with garlic, slow roasted during Sunday morning, and served with a splash of gravy.
Coffee and liquor-soaked sponge, layered with mango and cream, and topped with chocolate.
